Contact Centre Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Information Setup

The information below is used for authentication when you call the Contact Centre. Authentication will be performed using your registered phone number and you will be prompted to enter your IVR PIN. Please note that you can still call the Contact Centre using other phone numbers.

Phone Number (used when calling the Contact Centre)
Security Questions

Please select and answer at least three (3) and up to five (5) security questions. Selecting more than three is recommended, so that additional questions are available if you forget any answers.

These security questions will be used as an alternative authentication method if you are unable to recall or enter your IVR PIN during the IVR authentication process.
